[Abcde-users] tagging

Hi,

I recently started to use abcde and was wondering about the tagging. I 
found out that the PADTRACKS option applies to both filename and tag, 
which I don't like at all. (I prefer padding for file names but no 
padding in tags.)

Mostly I was wondering whether I can have more control over the tags.

I don't use or like the total number of tracks in the tags, for example. 
Can I disable that?
Can I set to use ID3v2.4.0?
Can I set text encoding to UTF8?
